Fitness for the Over 50's

Exercise gently at your own pace…Improve your health and wellbeing…Improve your circulation…Feel happier and have more energy

We deliver gentle fitness sessions every Tuesday morning from 10.30am to 11.30am aiming to engage older members of our community, many of whom are suffering poor health and social isolation.

Through the activity we aim to aid in the improvement of health and wellbeing through physical activity and reduce social isolation for beneficiaries who are older, have limited mobility or poor health and especailly those who live on a low income and cannot afford mainstream activities.

The classes aim to result in improved or maintained health amongst participants and improve emotional well-being along with the ability to meet other members of the community.
